Method
- Separate the crescent rolls. Press the perforations to seal and form rectangles (each rectangle is made from 2 triangle rolls). Roll them out slightly with a rolling pin into flat rectangles, ensuring there are no gaps in the middle.
- Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in a triangle shape in the middle of each rectangle.
- Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
- Place 3 pepperoni pieces close together over the cheese, overlapping them slightly.
- Fold the top right corner diagonally towards the bottom left corner to cover the pepperoni.
- Fold the top left corner across to wrap around the right edge of the triangle shape.
- Flip the bottom of the roll up about 1 inch to create the brim of the witch hat.
- Tuck one pepperoni piece into the brim. Curve the top of the triangle down and the two bottom corners up to resemble the edges of a hat.
- Transfer the shaped bites to a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
