- Place the frozen watermelon cubes, water, lime juice, and honey (if using) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, freeze fresh watermelon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer bag. This prevents them from clumping together.
