Ingredients
  

For the Bento Box
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1/2 cup Mixed raw vegetables e.g., carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Whole wheat crackers or pita bread
  • 1 Hard-boiled egg optional
  • 1/4 cup Berries or a small piece of fruit

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Prepare your bento box by portioning out the ingredients.
  2. Place the hummus in a small container or a dedicated section of the bento box.
  3. Arrange the mixed raw vegetables around the hummus.
  4. Add the whole wheat crackers or pita bread.
  5. Include the optional hard-boiled egg and the berries or fruit.
  6. Close the bento box and it is ready to go.
