Method
- Lay out the tortillas flat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast over the hummus on each tortilla.
- Top the turkey with shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced red bell pepper, and spinach leaves.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.
- Let the wraps rest for 5 minutes before slicing in half, if desired.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, or avocado. For a different flavor, try mustard or a light vinaigrette instead of hummus.
