- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

- Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Cook while stirring for about 1 more minute until the chicken is coated. Add more oil if the mixture becomes too dry.
