Notes

To ensure the acai powder dissolves properly, mix it with a small amount of warm water before adding it to the drink. If using green tea, steep it for about 5 minutes to enhance the flavor. For a sweeter drink, add honey, agave, or simple syrup. For a tarter taste, add more lemon juice. Coconut milk can be added for a creamier texture. Store leftovers in a lidded jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; shake well before serving.
