Ingredients

For the Parfait Base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
For Decoration
  • candy eyes
  • plastic spiders for decoration only
  • dark chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula
  • Microwave
  • Toothpick
  • Freezer

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the parchment paper using a spatula.
  3. Drizzle the almond butter over the yogurt.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  5. Dip a spoon into the melted chocolate mixture. Create a spiral shape on top of the yogurt. Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center of the spiral outwards, forming a spider web pattern. Repeat as desired.
  6. Place candy eyes and plastic spiders (for decoration) onto the yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle additional dark chocolate chips over the yogurt.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until firm, at least 2 hours.
  9. Remove the frozen yogurt bark from the freezer. Cut or break it into pieces. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, as the yogurt will melt at room temperature.
