Method
- Marinate the chopped chicken in the sauce while you prepare the other ingredients. Set the chicken aside.
- Heat a pan or skillet on medium-high heat. Add cooking oil and spread it thinly. Add the chicken and any remaining marinade. Cook until 60% of the meat is cooked, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).
- Boil the udon noodles according to the manufacturer’s directions. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
- Add the broccoli and the red bell peppers into the skillet and stir. Cook until the chicken is nearly fully cooked (98% done).
- Add the boiled udon noodles to the skillet and stir occasionally. Once the chicken is fully cooked, garnish with the sesame seeds and serve.
