- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened.
- Divide the cooked noodles among four bowls. Top with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired. Serve immediately.

You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. For a different flavor, add a splash of lime juice at the end.
