- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt.
- Serve the smoky chicken skewers immediately with the garlic yogurt sauce.
