Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and optional sweetener in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving, or until firm.
Notes
For a firmer sorbet, freeze for longer. You can also add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick to blend.
