Ingredients
  

Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
Chicken and Assembly
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 4 Slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 Whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 2 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • As desired Lettuce leaves and tomato slices Optional

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with the steak seasoning.
  4. Grill the chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat source for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until an internal thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
  5. Place the cheese on top of the chicken during the final minute of cooking.
  6. Grill the buns, cut side down, over medium heat until toasted, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  7. Serve the chicken on the buns with the bacon mixture, the mayonnaise mixture, and lettuce and tomato if you are using them.
