Method
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are 1/2-inch thick.
- Sprinkle the chicken with the steak seasoning.
- Grill the chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat source for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until an internal thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
- Place the cheese on top of the chicken during the final minute of cooking.
- Grill the buns, cut side down, over medium heat until toasted, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Serve the chicken on the buns with the bacon mixture, the mayonnaise mixture, and lettuce and tomato if you are using them.
