Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing your favorite
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, keep the dressing separate until just before serving to maintain the crispness of the lettuce.
