- Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Lightly grease the foil.
- Place the salmon skin side down on the foil. Sprinkle the salmon with lemon pepper and onion salt.
- Top the salmon with the onion rings and lemon slices. Dot the top with cubed butter.
- Fold the foil around the salmon and seal it tightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Open the foil carefully, letting the steam escape. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon cooks, combine all the dill sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Serve the sauce with the cooked salmon.
