Method
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
