Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  

For the Fudge
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
