Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen peaches sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Combine frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.
