Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 large peaches ripe, pitted and sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts optional
For the Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Arrange the sliced peaches on a serving platter.
  2. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the platter.
  3. Scatter the torn basil leaves over the peaches and burrata.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, if using.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, honey, salt, and pepper for the vinaigrette.
  6. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the entire platter just before serving.

Notes

This platter is best assembled shortly before serving to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
