Ingredients
  

For the Bark
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Pretzels crushed
  • 1 cup Rice cereal squares
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Blue M&M's
  • 1/2 cup Red M&M's

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine crushed pretzels, rice cereal squares, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the pretzel mixture and stir gently to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the blue and red M&M's over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until firm.
  8. Break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

You can add other patriotic-colored candies or sprinkles as desired.
