  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Press the chicken breasts into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
