Method
- Season the salmon fillets with paprika, salt, and pepper. Press the seasonings into the flesh.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down first. Press the filets lightly with your spatula for full contact with the pan. Flip after a few minutes. Remove the salmon and let it rest on a plate.
- Keep the melted butter in the pan. Add the garlic, honey, water, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for a couple minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Return the cooked salmon filets to the pan. Cover them with the sauce. Cook a couple more minutes until the glaze coats everything. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, then serve.

Notes
For a spicy sauce, add sriracha or cayenne pepper. You can store leftover honey garlic salmon in the fridge for up to 4 days. Wrap filets tightly in plastic and freeze for up to 3 months.
