- Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Microwave the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium bowl for 30-second intervals until the chocolate melts. Add the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it with a rubber spatula into an even layer. Top with festive sprinkles.
- Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours. Then, cut it into 1-inch pieces.
