  • 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Butter salted or unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Microwave the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium bowl for 30-second intervals until the chocolate melts. Add the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it with a rubber spatula into an even layer. Top with festive sprinkles.
  4. Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours. Then, cut it into 1-inch pieces.

Notes

Line your pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy removal. Higher quality chocolate like Godiva and Ghirardelli yields the best results, but Nestle baking morsels work too. Ensure you use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk. Your fudge will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for one to two weeks, or in the refrigerator for three to four weeks.
