Method
- Sift your matcha powder to ensure it is free of lumps.
- Place the sifted matcha into a large mug. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in an up-and-down motion until the mixture is frothy, about 30 seconds. Stir in the coconut milk until well combined.
- Taste the latte and adjust with additional water, coconut milk, or sweetener if desired.
Notes
You can use full-fat coconut milk for a richer latte if you prefer. I used light coconut milk in this recipe.
