Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water or almond milk, original/unsweetened
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 of a large one
  • 2 clementines or 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 cups medium ripe mango, peeled
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your taste of the tropics.

Notes

This smoothie is naturally sweetened by the fruit and is a great way to get a serving of fruits and healthy fats from flax seeds. It is also gluten-free.
