- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Unwrap the crescent roll canister and gently remove the dough. Roll out the dough onto a large cutting board or clean work surface, and separate the triangles.
- Divide 1 cup of mozzarella cheese between the 8 pieces of dough. Evenly sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning over the mozzarella cheese.
- Place 3-4 pieces of pepperoni on each crescent.
- Roll each triangle, starting at the widest end, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve with warmed pizza sauce or marinara for dipping, if you like.
