- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cooked ground beef mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
