- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats the beef.
- Serve the Korean beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness and saltiness by changing the amount of brown sugar and soy sauce.
