- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps create a better sear.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the olive oil all over the pork chops, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are golden brown.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, making them more tender.
