Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
