- Preheat the grill to high heat, about 400˚F. Lightly oil the grates.
- Add the wings to a large bowl. Add the Head Country BBQ Championship Original Seasoning and toss to coat the wings evenly.
- Place the wings on the grill. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Cook until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165˚F. In the final 5 minutes of cooking, brush the wings with 1/3 cup of the sauce, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- While the wings cook, make the dipping sauce. Stir together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set the sauce aside in the refrigerator until you serve the wings.
- Remove the wings from the grill and place them in a large bowl. Toss to coat the wings in the remaining sauce.
- Serve the wings with the dipping sauce.
