- Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir to mix. Divide the sauce in half.
- Marinate the salmon fillets with half the sauce in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Baste the remaining marinade onto the salmon fillets.
- Air fry for 7-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Serve the salmon hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce. This pairs well with rice.
Notes
This recipe is naturally gluten-free if you use tamari instead of soy sauce. Serve with your favorite rice for a complete meal.
