Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup cold brew or strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice heaping, plus more for dusting
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Optional Toppings
  • 1 whipped cream for topping
  • 1 cinnamon sticks for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a small pot, combine the espresso, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. Whisk over low heat until well combined and warmed through.
  3. Pour into a mug. If desired, top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Notes

This recipe can be made dairy-free by using your favorite plant-based milk. Adjust sweetness and spice levels to your preference.
