Method
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and optional onions. Cook until the beef is browned and slightly crispy. Set the beef mixture aside.
- Mix all special sauce ingredients in a bowl. Taste the sauce and adjust the flavor to your preference for tanginess or sweetness.
- Warm the wraps briefly in a microwave or on a dry pan.
- Spread the special sauce on each warm wrap. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Roll each wrap tightly, like a burrito.
- For extra texture, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes
For a crispy smashed patty texture, form thin beef patties, sear them in a hot pan, then chop the seared meat for the wrap filling. If you want more heat, add hot sauce to the beef or stir sriracha into the special sauce. You can replace the wraps with large lettuce leaves to make Big Mac lettuce wraps for a low-carb option. Store leftover beef and sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The beef and sauce can be prepped up to 3 days ahead. Cooked beef can be frozen for up to 3 months.
