  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salad Components
  • 1 Romaine lettuce for the base
  • 1 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Pickles sliced
  • 1 Red onion sliced
Special Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and spices. Brown the beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until it is fully cooked through.
  2. While the beef is browning, make the special sauce. Add all of the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  3. Assemble your burger bowls. Start with romaine lettuce then add the toppings and cooked ground beef. Drizzle the special sauce over everything and then enjoy.
