- To make the sauce, whisk together the Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and white vinegar in a small bowl. Set it aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the beef. Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
- To assemble, divide the shredded lettuce among four bowls. Top each with the beef mixture, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and sliced pickles.
- Drizzle the special sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
