- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In the prepared baking dish, combine the croissant pieces, diced ham, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant mixture in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden brown.
- Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add other ingredients like cooked bacon, spinach, or bell peppers. For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk.
