Ingredients
  

For the Oatmeal Cups
  • 1/2 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Milk
For Decoration
  • 2 Tbsp Strawberry preserves
  • 1 Candy eyeballs

Equipment

  • Small blender
  • Ramekin
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small blender, combine the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana, and milk. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour most of the batter into a ramekin, saving about 2-3 tablespoons. Place the strawberry preserves in the center of the batter in the ramekin, then cover it with the reserved batter.
  4. Decorate the top with candy eyeballs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set.
