- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small blender, combine the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana, and milk. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour most of the batter into a ramekin, saving about 2-3 tablespoons. Place the strawberry preserves in the center of the batter in the ramekin, then cover it with the reserved batter.
- Decorate the top with candy eyeballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set.
