Method
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork. You can make it as chunky or smooth as you prefer.
- Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, minced garlic, lime juice, and sea salt to the bowl. Stir everything together.
- Taste the guacamole and add more salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.

To keep leftover guacamole green, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole before storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
