- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper for the marinade.
- Place the cubed beef, onion pieces, and bell pepper pieces into the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or zucchini to your kabobs. Ensure your skewers are soaked if using wooden ones to prevent burning.
