- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade over both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill, cap-side down.
- Grill for 7-10 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve hot.
