Method
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set them aside.
- Add the steak bites to the same skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
