- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy potatoes, you can soak the cubed potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying them thoroughly. This removes excess starch.
