- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Brush the tortilla wedges with the cinnamon-butter mixture. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let them cool on the baking sheet.
- While the chips are baking, prepare the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
- Gently stir to combine all ingredients.
- Serve the fresh peach salsa with the cinnamon chips.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of red onion and cilantro to your preference. For a spicier salsa, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
