Ingredients

For the Cookie Crust
  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16.5 oz
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a baking sheet to form a large circle, about 12-14 inches in diameter.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let the cookie crust cool completely on the baking sheet.
  3. While the crust cools, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined and fluffy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust, leaving a small border.
  6. Arrange the blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries on top of the frosting to create a flag design. You can place the blueberries in one corner for the stars and arrange the strawberries and raspberries in stripes.
  7. Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can use other fruits like blackberries or kiwi for different colors. Ensure all fruits are washed and dried before arranging them on the pizza.
