- Add the half and half, sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Use an immersion blender or the whisk attachment of your stand mixer to mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Carefully pour the Irish cream mixture into clean glass bottles or mason jars with lids.
- Refrigerate in an airtight bottle or jar. It can be stored for up to one to two months.
