Method
- Place a pot with 2 inches of water and bring it to a boil. In a bowl, add white chocolate chips. Place the bowl on top of the pot and melt the chocolate using the double boiler method. Alternatively, melt in the microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 15-second interval.
- Transfer the melted chocolate to a prepared baking sheet. Spread it as thin as possible using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Garnish with festive-themed sprinkles.
- Let the bark set for a couple of hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Cut into desired sizes and shapes. Enjoy.

Using premium quality chocolates will result in tastier bark. This recipe was made using white chocolate compound and simple festive-themed sprinkles, but any good quality melting chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips (dark, milk, white), morsels, or callets can be used.
