- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- Add the eggs and milk to the dry ingredients. Whisk until the batter is just combined. Do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine.
- Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes warm with your preferred toppings.
Notes
