- Place the quartered potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the trimmed green beans on top of the potatoes.
- Arrange the sliced kielbasa over the green beans.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt to taste before you serve.

Notes
You can use smoked sausage instead of kielbasa. For a spicier dish, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes with the other seasonings.
