- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and caramelized with crispy edges.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes with the salt and pepper. You can also drizzle with balsamic glaze after cooking.
