Ingredients
  

Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and caramelized with crispy edges.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes with the salt and pepper. You can also drizzle with balsamic glaze after cooking.
