- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
