  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Place the seared chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Brush each chicken breast with BBQ sauce.
  6. Top the chicken with the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
