- Preheat the oven to 425℉.
- Place the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. Transfer this mixture to an oven-safe single-serve container.
- Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
- Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.

You can add 1/4 cup of vegetables to this recipe in step 2. Try minced bell pepper and onions. You can use marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce.
