For the Pizza Bowl
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat is recommended
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce look for one with no added sugar
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small oven-safe bowl, spread the cottage cheese in an even layer. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For a crispier top, you can switch to the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
